Shipping & Returns
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
All orders are dispatched within 3 working days, unless otherwise stated during seasonal or holiday periods.
How will my order be sent?
All orders are delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only shipping within the UK.
However, we have plans to expand this within the future. Stay tuned!
How are your candles packaged?
We care about the planet, and we know that you care too. That's why we use only recyclable, plastic-free and biodegradable packing.
We use starch-based packing peanuts which are fully compostable, and even dissolve in water. 📦✨
Can I send a gift to a friend, family or loved one?
Of course!
We do not include cost information in packaging as standard. Just be sure to use their shipping address if you want it sent directly to them.
Damages & Returns
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement.
Please contact us within 14 days at hello@blendandburn.co.uk with a photo of the damaged item to initiate the replacement process.
What is your returns / refund policy?
We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
If you experience any issues with your order, such as defects or damage, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Where are your candles made?
All candles are hand-poured in our candle studio located in Norfolk, UK.
What are your candles made from?
Our candles are made from 100% natural soy wax and cotton wicks. We only use the highest quality fragrance oils, free-from phthalates + parabens.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely.
Our candles are made from vegan-friendly ingredients and never tested on animals. Just good vibes and ethical ingredients all around.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our standard candles burn for approximately 40 hours when cared for properly.

What makes your candles special?
At Blend and Burn our candles are uniquely inspired by the comforting aromas of tea and coffee, each fragrance has been obsessively blended to celebrate the nation's favourite cuppas. We are the only candle company in the UK to specialise in tea and coffee scents.
We craft every candle in small batches using only the highest quality ingredients. Cheap candles tend to use poor quality waxes and fragrance oils or low fragrance loads, leading to an underwhelming experience. These scents have been selected for their strong, long-lasting fragrance both when unlit and while burning. We only use the highest quality fragrance oils, free-from phthalates + parabens.
We only use 100% natural soy wax for a cleaner, longer-lasting burn. Mass-produced candles commonly use paraffin blends which are derived from petroleum and packed with toxins. Soy wax provides a cleaner burn and can give you up to 50% more burn time. No shortcuts, no nasties, just pure quality.
We also pride ourselves on making candles that actually smell like what they say on the label. Time and time again, our customers tell us how delighted they are to find their favourite cuppa captured so perfectly in candle form—comforting, familiar, and surprisingly spot on.
